Last time I updated, I was going on my externship from culinary school. It was a blast, learned a lot, blah blah, all that shit. Well NOOOW, I've graduated with two degrees and the place I did my externship at hired me on. Which is awesome, its a fantastic restaurant and the staff is lovely. I've even become Mass Effect buddies with one of the servers. :3

1. I have a lot of hippie morals and tendencies, but I don't live in a hut in the woods. I have a hipster sense of superiority, but I lack the sense of irony (and the beard).
2. While I'm trained in the more savoury side of food, I love to bake. It's much more relaxing than working the dinner hot line, obviously. When I'm not cooking at work, I like to come home and make cakes and breads and all that tasty shit.
3. So I guess I'm pretty much cooking all the time.
4. I never beat any of the Zelda games when I was a kid. I'm trying to remedy that now. Currently playing Majora's Mask (my favourite), and I'll be picking up Ocarina of Time once I get a 3DS.
5. Since I work late in the afternoon to late at night, I miss all the good TV shows. I'm watching Regis and Kelly right now because there is literally nothing else on.
6. I am on a mission to become a beta reader on Fanfic.net, in order to get my grubby hands on terrible stories. Unfortunately, that means I have to write 5 fanfics myself, or 6000 words. This is a lot harder than I thought it would be.
7. My favourite type of cheese is mahon.
8. My wardrobe hasn't evolved much from high school. Probably because for the last year or so, when I went out I was either in my school uniform, or my work uniform.
9. Every time I get my hair cut, I try to get a totally different style.
10. My goal is to travel the world and cook my way through all types of cuisine. I believe the best way to understand and celebrate a culture is through its food.
